decora??? Vérification

ca fait 3 ans j'ai récupéré un morceau de rhizome sur un geant. Il s'agirait de decora selon le propriétaire. j'ai pris quelques photos pour avis aux spécialistes

, j'ai remarqué : turion rose et blanc strié assez joli. Feuilles ondulées, plus que mes autres Phyllos. Noeud assez renflé.

Effectivement, le turion correspondrait bien à un decora...

For me this bamboo is too young to say what this bamboo is, the shoot leaves do not look correct for Decora - the color is similar, the shape is not so much so. I have had Phy viridis shoots, Phy virella & Phy rubromarginata shoots look the same as this.

Pour moi, ce bambou est trop jeune pour dire ce que ce bambou est, les feuilles tournage ne semble pas correct pour le Decora - la couleur est similaire, la forme n'est pas tellement. J'ai eu Phy viridis pousses, Phy Virella & Phy pousses rubromarginata la même apparence que cela.

(P. Rubromarginata have many others caracteritics for identification, like no proeminent nodes, long internodes, etc...)

2nd : Are your sure that's a P. Sulphurea Viridis on your first picture ???????! For me Sulphurea family have many dark spots on his shoots like P. Bambusoides and P. vivax species. But young bamboo could effectively have less ...

Yes, I am 100% certain the shoot is Phy viridis, I know that it looks unusual and not like Viridis and this is the idea I suggest, that young shoots sometimes have color that betray the proper ID, the Mannii Decora shoot in my picture looks very much different to me than the plant we are looking at in this thread. Is only my opinion of course!
