I bought a bamboo but I do not know which. Can you help me with ID? F.scabrida maybe?

j'hésite un peu avec le Scabrida, la gaine caulinaire ne me semble pas assez "orange".
AMHA, Je partirais plutôt vers un borinda papyrifera mais attendons les experts ...

This plant grows in zone 6b. I think B.papyrifera is not hardy to this zone.
